LOL My husband and I tend not to make a big deal of Valentine's Day, but as my daughter gets older, it's become more of a big deal for her (any and every holiday has--any excuse to celebrate). We do the Valentine's card/candy for her classmates, and I usually get her a little something. We may have heart shaped cookies or a cake. I really like the idea of giving a book to a loved one or friend on Valentine's Day (or any day, for that matter), and have thought of doing that, but rarely follow through.

I hope you have a wonderful birthday, whatever you do!Literary Felinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13079276242303738719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938017709366022158.post-36266975722843418502018-02-12T11:52:31.179-05:002018-02-12T11:52:31.179-05:00I don't make a big deal out of Valentine's...I don't make a big deal out of Valentine's Day (or any other one TBH) Everything is so commercial at this point.

Hope you at least have a nice Birthday though.

Karen @ For What It's WorthKarenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13958940283330319507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938017709366022158.post-74745858097521882952018-02-12T11:46:32.404-05:002018-02-12T11:46:32.404-05:00I won't be doing any of those things either.

Me and hubby don't celebrate (we might get cards but that's a bit hit and miss) but I don't need a designated day to know he loves me and vice versa and yes eating out is a nightmare on the day. It will be just another day for us but I hope you have a special day as it's your birthday whenever and however you celebrate it.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01103884780854638066noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938017709366022158.post-38154865472648311572018-02-12T03:52:15.535-05:002018-02-12T03:52:15.535-05:00What I will not be doing on Valentine's Day: r...What I will not be doing on Valentine's Day: receiving a gift or card of any kind. Going out for dinner. Eating by candlelight. We don't celebrate Valentine's Day.

What I will be doing on Valentine's Day: the same as on any other Wednesday: working all day then cleaning and cooking in the evening.Confuzzled Bevhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01471749871770054481noreply@blogger.com
