    1. Well... It's not that it's escaped my attention, but rather that an opportunity to go hasn't presented itself. In the next 3-4 years, I want to take a winter trip so I can go on a dog sled ride and take a snowmobile tour for my birthday.

  2. Great goal. This is something I'd like to do.
Hope you make it to Wisconsin soon. It's wonderful here.

  3. Wow. You're really not a fan of the Midwest. Fly-over country, indeed.

    1. Yeah, the majority of my road trips have been east of the Mississippi. The road trips I've taken in the west came about after we flew to the starting point of the road trip and obtained a rental car.

  4. I am on the same quest. I was able to see Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa last month. I need the Dakotas, Vermont, Montana and Idaho,so five more states. My Nebraska travels: http://thelatesttoday.blogspot.com/p/go-west-quest.html

  6. Love this...I think I only lack 3-4 states before claiming I've seen all 50. My family did a lot of cross country trips when I was younger, and I covered most of them then. Sadly, I don't remember many of them. I've also lived in 7 different states - from the midwest to the east coast to the west coast! (IL, VA, NC, VT, MN, MI, and OR)
